Thank you for your interest in getting a tattoo! Before I can tattoo you, there’s some info to go over and some questions I gotta ask :)
Deposit policy
A deposit of $100 dollars is required to hold an appointment. This deposit will be held until the tattoo is completed and will contribute to the total cost of the tattoo. The deposit is non refundable however, if you need to reschedule, I am incredibly flexible and have no problems moving your appointment to a different date.
Accepted Payment Options
Cash is king! As well as Venmo,PayPal, and cash app! And Card(as long as it has tap to pay)!
Identification
You will need a valid, Government issued photo ID, it must be the original physical copy. School ID’s are not accepted, neither are birth certificates. You MUST be 18. A parent CANNOT sign off on your tattoo, in the state of oregon it is illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18
proper attire
Please don’t wear clothing you like, I wouldn’t want ink getting onto your nice clothes. Also, wear something loose fitting and comfortable. Modesty garments are a big help as I don’t have much besides pasties.
Eat,Drink water!!!!!
Please eat and drink water prior to your appointment! I’d hate to have to use my CPR training!
