$3000 for referring fully licensed intervention specialist
$2000 for referring fully licensed teacher
$1000 for referring a teacher with a sub license
Payout will be made across 2 payments, mid-year and end-of-year, as long as both employees are still in good standing.
Principals and Chiefs are not eligible for referral bonuses.
