Director of Operations (Mon-Thu: onsite; Fri: flexible schedule): The Director of Operations (DO) is responsible for ensuring the effective, efficient, and compliant operation of all organizational systems, programs, and support services. The DO is focused on execution, oversight, and continuous improvement and is responsible for the implementation and management of day-to-day operational processes.
Preferred qualification: 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar operational role
Full-time Client Advocate (Mon-Thu: onsite; Fri: flexible schedule): The Client Advocate (CA) serves one of the peer counselors and conducts client services appointments, including but not limited to pregnancy test appointment and options consultations, and provides routine administrative support for client services and programs. Under the direction of the Client Services Manager (CSM) the CA works closely with the CSM and other team members to provide a high level of appropriate services to clients.
Development Assistant (Mon-Thu: onsite; Fri: flexible schedule): The Development Assistant (DA) supports the mission of Community Center for Life by providing administrative support for fundraising, donor relations, and events. This role coordinates development activities, maintain donor databases, prepare communications and reports, and assist with events and campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking of contributions and stakeholder engagement.
Ideal candidate will exhibit strong interpersonnal and communications skills with ability to pay attention to details.
RDMS with OB credentials (PRN): The Sonographer serves as a member of the medical team at Community Center for Life, conducting limited obstetric ultrasound exams. This role supports the organization's mission to provide compassionate care and promote the sanctity of life. Candidates must have provide the proof of active registry.
