Program Support Specialist: The Program Support Specialist (PSS) plays a vital role in advancing our mission by providing critical administrative and coordination support for client services and program activities. This position ensures the smooth delivery of Christ-centered care and life-affirming resources through responsibilities such as scheduling, client communication, data entry, and program logistics. In addition to administrative duties, the PSS servces as a compassionate peer counselor (Client Advocate), conducting client appointments - including pregnancy tests and options consultations - to offer hope and support to women and families facing unexpected pregnancies.
Essential Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, technological proficiency with the ability to learn and use databses, electronic systems, softwares, and standard office applications; strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills: Bilingual (English and Spanish), 2+ years of experience in nonprofit ministry work, pregnancy help ministry work, and/or office management
Part-time Staff Nurse: The Staff Nurse serves as a key team member providing direct care for pregnancy clients as well as adminisrtative support for the clinic. The responsibilities include but not limited to conducting pregnancy testing appointments and pregnancy options consultations, sharing the gospel, providing prenatal education, and coordinating care and program services for clients. (Part-time, 15 hrs a week, strong interpersonal skills and communication skills required. OB clinic/Labor & Delivery experience preferred)
Ideal candidate: RN with an active license and BLS certification, passion for the organization's mission and the gospel.
Our current center hours are: Mon, Tue, Thu 9am-4pm & Wed 10am-5pm
