I have completed the Foster Application accurately and to the best of my ability. I understand that all dogs are the responsibility of Pawsitively Furever, until they are adopted.
I agree to keep the members of Pawsitively Furever informed on the dog (s) progress, vet needs and anything that would affect their ability to be adopted. I acknowledge I do not have authority as to where the dog (s) are placed and will return the dog upon request. I can not sell, adopt out or give away the dog(s) in my care.
I agree to temporarily help care and maintain the dog (s) that are in my care on behalf of Pawsitively Furever; this includes ensuring the dog(s) are fed minimum twice a day (PF will provide food), that they are getting daily exercise, have access to water and are attending necessary appointments. I agree to do so until the dog is adopted or another arrangement is made.
I agree to crate train the Pawsitively Furever dog(s), report any behaviour or health issues that may arise; using positive training methods to help where needed.
I understand, Pawsitively Furever members will give me all the information to be known about the dog(s), but with any rescue, Pawsitively Furever can not guarantee the health, behaviour or temperament of the dog(s). I agree to use my discretion when introducing to new people and situations. I do understand Pawsitively Furever is not responsible for any injuries or incidents that occur with the dog(s).
