No overheating for 48-72 hours. (Avoid hot water in the shower or when washing your face.)
No tight masks for 3 days
No acids or rough exfoliants, retin — A for 1-2 weeks
No direct sun without SPF of 30 or higher... always
Optional:
Soak gauze pads in 1 lbs white vinegar w/ 1 cup water and apply to the face for 10-15 minutes 2
times a day to help with any irritation. Then wash solution off with gentle cleanser, pat dry and
apply moisturizer.
Benadryl at night if consistent itching
