Describe how other players can get involved through customer scenes, employment, services, events, collaborations or ongoing story hooks. Include a realistic plan for keeping the business active and how players can arrange a scene when you are offline. A short practical plan is sufficient; a sample roleplay post is not required.

Identify any supernatural, restricted or illegal offerings, their intended roleplay effects and limits, and any proposed supply arrangements. Describe the space, decoration or building changes your concept needs, along with your estimated land impact (LI) and any additional LI request. Note any scripted objects or special features staff should review. Estimates are fine; if you are unsure, explain what you need help planning. Review the current rental rules before submitting.
