Exclusive Venue Hire
The following minimum spend requirements apply for exclusive use of MISHY'S.
Breakfast & Lunch
8:00am – 5:00pm
Monday – Thursday
$4,500 minimum spend + 10% service charge
Friday
$5,000 minimum spend + 10% service charge
Saturday & Sunday
$6,000 minimum spend + 10% service charge
Dinner
5:30pm – 11:00pm
Tuesday & Wednesday
$5,000 minimum spend + 10% service charge
Thursday – Saturday
$6,500 minimum spend + 10% service charge
December & Public Holidays
Minimum spend available on application (POA).
ROOM HIRE FEE vs MINIMUM SPEND
Your menu and drink choices count toward your minimum spend. Any shortfall will be added as a Room Hire Fee to the end of your bill. Service Fee is not included as part of your minimum spend.
Booking & Payment
To secure your event, a deposit equal to 20% of the applicable minimum spend is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final account balance.
The remaining balance is payable in full at the conclusion of your event.
A 10% service charge applies to all private events within the restaurant and is distributed directly to our floor and kitchen teams.
Sunday and Public Holiday events incur an additional 10% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Please keep us informed of any changes to guest numbers as early as possible.
Reductions in guest numbers made within 7 days of the event may incur a charge of $100 per guest.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the forfeiture of all funds paid.
Menu Selection
Each event menu is thoughtfully tailored to your occasion.
Final menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to your event. Requests for menu changes within 7 days of the event may be accommodated at our discretion, subject to product availability and kitchen capacity.
Dietary Requirements
All dietary requirements must be advised no later than 7 days prior to your event.
Guest Numbers
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event.
Any changes after this time may be accommodated at our discretion and are subject to product availability and kitchen capacity.
Staffing
Staffing hours are allocated according to the agreed event schedule outlined in your quotation.
Should additional service hours be required, these will be charged separately and invoiced accordingly.
Venue Clean-Up
We will leave the venue clean and tidy following your event.
Lost or Damaged Property
Any lost, broken or damaged property belonging to MISHY'S, including glassware, crockery, cutlery and service equipment, will be charged to the client and invoiced accordingly.
Animals
For food safety and workplace health regulations, we kindly request that all animals are kept out of kitchen, food preparation and service areas throughout the event.
