Write a self-reflective essay on your understanding of the self and authenticity. Include information about the strengths and challenges you notice when you are with yourself and others. Discuss how your understanding of self, self-awareness, insight, and honesty helps you recognise when your experience in the moment comes from a fragmented sense of self, and explain any methods you currently use to integrate the self. (up to 1500 words)

Please supply the details of two referees who have known you for at least two years in either a professional or academic capacity. We prefer one of the references to come from a previous tutor if the applicant has undergone any recent training.
