After applying we will be in touch within 72 hours via email if we feel our mission, core values etc are inline with your business.
If we decide to move forward, furthering the interview with online questions, we will then set up a time for you to come to the salon and “job shadow”. Coming in and visiting a salon environment in person- during open hours- truly gives an idea of the vibe of the salon.
If we both feel like Color Vibe is a good fit for you, your clients and your business- we will then move forward by setting up a time for a one on one interview and/or for you to bring in a hair model if you don’t utilize social media.
Once we are both on the same page and feel your business can be elevated at Color Vibe we will then set up a day that you can move into your new hair home!!
