This Food and Wine Festival is an outdoor, tented event that we expect to attract 1500 food enthusiasts. The event will feature live entertainment, wine tastings, celebrity chef demonstrations, and curated live talks. As a respected chef/restaurant in our community, we would be honored to have you share your culinary talents. Your participation will allow you to showcase your cuisine and it will provide you with an opportunity to market your business to a diverse crowd. We anticipate significant media and social media coverage that will offer exposure for your brand.

What we are offering
● Up to two 6-foot tables with black tablecloths
● One parking space
● Audience of up to 1500
● Mention in Press Release
● Social media mentions
● Website (Digital Banner ads)
● Business website link on our website
● Your company logo on our event materials (i.e. digital brochure/digital program book)

In return, we kindly request that you provide the following,
● Branding information/attire
● A minimum of 250 tasting samples
● Appropriate equipment for tasting sample distribution
● Advertising materials for your business (i.e., pop-up banner, branded napkins,
menus, business cards)

NYC REQUIRES ALL CHEFS/CATERERS AND RESTAURANTS TO HAVE A VALID PERMIT.

The following permits are accepted: TFSE permit, a valid restaurant permit, or a valid mobile vending permit. All permits must be NYC DOHMH issued. Permits from other jurisdictions are not acceptable.

PERMIT MUST BE PRESENT AT DAY OF THE EVENT.

· Each vendor must have at least one individual that has a food handler’s certificate. This person is required to attend the event.

· Both the physical certificate and certificate holder must be present.

PROPANE TANKS ARE NOT PERMITTED!

I hereby grant The Pearls and Ivy Foundation of Queens, Inc., permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media ("photo") in all its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other compensation.
