NYC REQUIRES ALL CHEFS/CATERERS AND RESTAURANTS TO HAVE A VALID PERMIT.
The following permits are accepted: TFSE permit, a valid restaurant permit, or a valid mobile vending permit. All permits must be NYC DOHMH issued. Permits from other jurisdictions are not acceptable.
PERMIT MUST BE PRESENT AT DAY OF THE EVENT.

· Each vendor must have at least one individual that has a food handler’s certificate. This person is required to attend the event.
· Both the physical certificate and certificate holder must be present.
PROPANE TANKS ARE NOT PERMITTED!
