Petite Paire Policies
- When submitting an order form, the order is NOT confirmed immediately. Once it is received and reviewed, Petite Paire will reach out to you by email to discuss your order and how we can serve you. Your order will be officially confirmed once payment is received
- Orders must be placed a MINIMUM OF 2 WEEKS prior to fulfillment date, and although we strive to fulfill every order, it is possible we may be booked in this time frame (unless we have extra inventory or available dates, which we welcome you to ask about).
- If there is no availability for the date you choose, we encourage you to pick dates around that and we will try our best to fulfill your order
- During the holiday season, orders must be placed a MINIMUM of ONE MONTH prior to fulfillment date as it can be an incredibly busy time for us when we come out with our own holiday gift sets. We would love for you to inquire about our holiday gift sets-we can customize the a gift sets to fit your needs if your are ordering in bulk for an event
- In the event that plans change as they sometimes do in life, orders can be cancelled in full ( or rescheduled no later than 2 weeks prior to fulfillment date, after which we will not be able to offer a refund. We do many custom orders which cannot be sold to another customer, which involves a great deal of loving preparation, scheduling, and material costs, and we strive for outstanding quality and freshness.
Orders placed with a fulfillment date sooner than 2 weeks must be paid in full no later than the date specified when we respond to your order. There are no refunds on such orders, but we are certainly open to discussing a reschedule with you.
