Market Hours are Sat. 10am-6pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged. Do you agree to that? (please note, if you leave early without the event organizers ending the event early, you will not be allowed back for an event the remainder of 2024, and will be on probation after that time)

Acceptance Terms:
Selected vendors will receive an acceptance letter/email and an invoice for their booth. Once booth fees have been paid, the vendor will be announced and listed on our social media and website. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.
Sales Tax:
Kansas Sales Tax is 9.5%. Accepted vendors will be given a form to fill out Kansas Sales Tax Form.
Booth Specifics:
You as a vendor, are responsible for all of your own tables and chairs. We HIGHLY encourage a popup canopy with sides. We are located on a street, so tent stakes will not work. It is also outside in the Fall. So, COME PREPARED and bring large weights for that canopy!!
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be given for cancellation of vendor or event due to weather or other situations outside of our control. We will have the event if at all possible no matter the weather.
