I understand that salary for an overnight summer camp is adjusted to account for the fact that food and housing is provided and the $3,500-5,500 listed salary is the salary for a full 8 week contract from July 3rd to August 23rd. Partial length contracts will have salary adjusted proportionally. Where within the range I am offered will depend on my skills and experience.
