Disclaimer & Release of Liability

To the best of my knowledge, my child is in good physical health and fully capable of participating in the Kixx Football Academy sessions. I acknowledge that participation in the academy involves physical activities that carry a potential for injury. I assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, loss, or property damage that may occur as a result of my child's participation. 

I hereby release the Kixx football Academy, its coaches and employees from any claims or liabilities for injuries or damages that my child or I may sustain as a result of participation in the program. 

Additionally, I give my consent for Kixx Football Academy to take photographs and videos of my child during training sessions and related activities. I understand that these may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. I release Kixx Football Academy from any claims regarding the use of these images and grant permission for their responsible use.

I have read and fully understood this Disclaimer and Release of Liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.

 

Admission Fee: LKR 6,000

The admission fee is a one time payment that includes the cost of a Kixx Football practice kit (inclusive of a jersey, pair of shorts and stockings) for your child. If you need to purchase an additional kit, it will be available for an additional cost of LKR. 4,500.

Payment options include online transactions or bank deposits, all payments need to be made prior to the first session. We do not accpet cash in hand payments.

IMPORTANT:

All fees must be paid on or before the 12th of each month. Failure to do so will result in a 15% late fee applied to all payments. 

Please note the monthly fee covers 4 sessions (weekly), 8 sessions (bi-weekly), and 12 sessions (tri-weekly), and is calculated on a per month basis, not per session. As such, the monthly fee is applicable in full for the said month.

While we don’t officially offer cover up sessions for personal absences, we have introduced an option purely as a relief for parents and a courtesy to support kids in case of emergencies or unavoidable absences. We do ask that any cover up sessions be attended within the same week, and only if another session is scheduled and running during that week. If there’s no regular class happening on the alternate day during the same week you're hoping to attend, or if the regular class is full, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a cover up for that instance.

However, sessions missed due to personal reasons cannont be rescheduled or compensated for in subsequent weeks. Also, cannot be carried over to the following month or adjusted (e.g, paying only for three classes in a month and treating a future session as the fourth). If the Kixx management reschedules a session, the children are welcome to attend the rescheduled class. That said, we’re happy to help where we can.

Kindly note that certain months may have five sessions, while other may have four, the schedule is structured to ensure that, on avergae four sessions are consistently delviered each month. Any variations will be balanced across Kixx, will ensure that the overall schedule is balanced, with a minimum of four sessions provided per month. Any discreptancies will be appropirately ajusted by either adding sessions in months with fewer or redistributing as necessary to maintain consistency.
