Monica's Vault will not provide chivari chairs. You will have to find a chair rental vendor and pay the rental fee. Many venues have "event style" chairs available and are included in the venue rental price. Monica's Vault typically don't use chaircovers. If agreed, the use of chaircovers maybe used for 50 guests or less at an additional cost. Please sign below stating you understand.

The balance should be paid at least one month prior to your event date. No exceptions. Pay on your balance at least every 2-3 weeks until it is paid in full. Please sign below stating you understand these terms.

A $350 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. Please sign below stating you understand this statement.

Not all items purchased can be returned. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. All items purchased are within the design scheme.

I, Monica Lockett or Monica's Vault, LLC will NOT be reliable for any injury related to any items in the design scheme or thereof.

 

I will not REFUND any funds due to but not limited to COVID, bad weather (hurricanes, storms, rain, etc), cancelations, personal reasons, financial issues, death, etc. You can reschedule your design date or credit the funds to any of my other services. By paying your deposit or initial payment means you are stating/showing you understand these terms thoroughly. You are releasing Monica Lockett and Monica's Vault LLC from any repayment or refund to you.

Any damages to Monica's Vault property must be paid for- depending on the damages.

 

YOUR AGREEMENT TO NOT SEEK CONTRIBUTION OR INDEMNIFICATION FROM Monica's Vault RENTALS or SERVICES: This Agreement hereby given by You to Monica's Vault, LLC shall apply to any claim, demand, suit, or right of action that might accrue to You, including but not limited to claims of negligence, breaches of warranties, express or implied, contracts, covenants of good faith and fair dealing, and/or product liability claims. You further agree to not seek contribution or indemnification from Monica's Vault, LLC if You are sued for any reason in connection with Monica's Vault LLC or Monica Lockett, including but not limited to any item I purchase for your space, any lighting hung, any furniture, ANYTHING that is applied to your space from Monica Lockett or Monica's Vault.

Your signature releases Monica Lockett or Monica's Vault, LLC of any liabilities. Meaning you understand the terms.
