Terms & Conditions
Cancellation/Refunds Policy: You may cancel your registration for a full refund with at least 48 hours written notice (text or email) prior to class start time. Registration cancelled within 48 hours of start time may receive a class credit to be used at a future date. "No-shows" or morning-of cancellations will NOT be eligible for a future credit or refund of any kind.
Family Speech & Language Programs LLC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to - instructor availability, facility issues, or low enrollment. In the event of a class cancellation, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid for the affected class.
Health Policy: Please do NOT attend class if you or your child are ill. This includes if you or your child have had a fever greater than 100°, coughing, sneezing, diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, or any other contagious health condition within a 24-hour period prior to class. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend due to illness.
Attendance: Registration is for 1 adult and 1 child. No additional adults or children may attend class. If you have a second child within the class age range, they must also be registered to attend.
Caregiver Responsibilities: Caregivers are required to remain with their child at all times during class, and may not leave their child unattended for any reason. Family Speech and Language Programs LLC (and it's members and employees) are not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur as a result of your, or your child's, participation in classes.
Photography and Videography: Photographs or videos of participants may be taken during this class for promotional, marketing or educational purposes. By attending the class, you grant Family Speech & Language Programs the right to use these photographs and/or videos without compensation.
Disclaimer: Classes offered by Family Speech & Language Programs LLC are not speech and/or language therapy, nor do we claim to treat communication disorders within Toddler & Me classes. If you have concerns about your child's communication development, please seek the advice of their primary health care professional.
Release & Waiver of Liability: By registering for this class, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions listed above, and you further agree that Family Speech & Language Programs LLC (and its members and employees) will not be liable for, and you release any and all of them from, any such liability which arises from an injury or illness and/or property damage that is sustained by reason of your or your child's participation in Toddler & Me classes.
