Market Lake Day 2024 Car Show Preregistration Form

   GENEREAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY

     For and in consideration of my being allowed to participate in the Car Show, I do hereby release City of Roberts, a political subdivision of the State of Idaho, and any and all other officers, employees, volunteers, agents, insurers and any elected or appointed officials of said City of Roberts, individuals or entities affiliated with such persons and/or entities, from any and all civil liability or any and all forms of injury which may arise as a result of my participation in such event.

     I acknowledge that I understand that there are many known and unknown dangers and/or risks associated with me participating in this event, and I grant a general release, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns and I waive, remise and forever discharge and release City of Roberts and and any and all elected or appointed officials of said City of Roberts, and all officers, employees, volunteers, agents, insurers and any other individuals or entities affiliated with such persons and/or entities from any and all claims, several or otherwise, past, present or future, which can or may ever be asserted as a result of any injuries or damages, physical or mental, sustained by me while I am participating in said event in any way, including my coming and going from and away from the site.

     I have read the foregoing and understand that the terms of this agreement are contractually and legally binding and that no verbal statement to the contrary, by any person or entity, can void or alter the terms of this agreement.

EVENT DETAILS

Pre registration is open to 50 vehicles. Please pre register to secure your spot before July 19th. Registration can be done day of between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 651 N 2880 E. (Berlin Platz, South Entrance). We invite you to participate in the Market Lake Day Parade.

Registration is $20 per vehicle. All proceeds are donated to helping the community of Roberts. Registration for the parade will be done during pre registration and day of registration.

Car Show set up and parking will take place the day of the event July 20th 2024 between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the corner of East 650 North and North 2880 East. Across from BJ's Bayou. Look for the Huckbody Shop Tent.

Parade lineup begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Roberts Elementary Parking Lot, 682 N 2858 E, Roberts, ID 83444. Parade entry is free.

Parade starts at 4:00 p.m. The car show and judging starts immediately after. Awards will be done at 5:40 p.m. The car show will end at 6:00 p.m. However we invite all to stay and enjoy the live music, beer garden, food trucks, and firework show.

Four Trophies will be awarded to the top three people's choice.

Parking will be available for trailers and non show vehicles at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints which is located a short walking distance from the show.
