By selecting "yes" and submitting this application, you understand the following booking, deposit, and cancellation terms stated below.
*Preferred method for booking is through Instagram or in person (Minimum $80 per tattoo). This allows us to do a consultation and communicate about the tattoo. *During the consultation, be prepared to have the size of tattoo (in inches), placement, general idea of tattoo, and references or sketches. *Deposit will be asked for during the consultation. No date, time, or art work will be designed until deposit is made. Payment can be made in cash, card, Venmo, Facebook Pay, or Apple Pay (No exceptions). *Deposit is required to book any tattoo appointment (No exceptions to this rule). *Upon completion of your tattoo, the deposit will go towards your final bill. *Deposit amount will vary depending on the size of tattoo, design, and amount of time ($50 deposit minimum). *Deposits are non-refundable. Tattoos are a commitment. Be committed for the appointment (No exception to this rule). *A 48 hour notice (2 days) of cancellation or rescheduling is required to keep your deposit. Anything less may automatically cause you to lose some or all of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. Please plan accordingly! Being late to your appointment may also cause you to lose your deposit and reschedule (Artist time is valuable and time is needed to fill spots). *Walk-ins are accepted for small or medium sized tattoos, but please understand that depending on the schedule, a tattoo might not happen the day of walk-in (Unless posted for openings on social media).
