Space conduct agreement: Please check each to acknowledge that you understand and agree with all of the following terms.*

All trash should be removed after event.Any damage to artwork by guest or participant is subject to fee.Clean-up is the responsibility of the host.No smoking permitted.No pets inside of the building. (Other than services animal).
Price Agreement:*

Check to indicate that you agree to an upfront $50 fee to hold the rental space. This will be included in the $50 dollar an hour total fee.
