Space conduct agreement: Please check each to acknowledge that you understand and agree with all of the following terms.

All trash should be removed after event.
Any damage to artwork by guest or participant is subject to fee.
Clean-up is the responsibility of the host.
No smoking permitted.
No pets inside of the building. (Other than services animal).
Price Agreement:

Check to indicate that you agree to an upfront $50 fee to hold the rental space. This will be included in the $50 dollar an hour total fee.
