    Welcome Back Everyone!!!

    Hope you're all excited as I am about our 1st Holiday Sip + Shop!!! (Technically our 3rd Blarisville Sip + Shop, but this one is Christmas themed, so I get to start a new counting line up with it. šŸ˜šŸ‘)

    We are so excited to invite you to be a vendor at out first annual Blairsville Holiday Sip + Shop!!!

    Miriam (Miriam's Media Management) and Adrienne (Adrienne's ANgels-Heavenly Macarons) have created the Blairsville Sip + Shop (for all seasons šŸ˜‰šŸ‘‰) so people can enjoy a local glass of wine or beer while shopping local vendors!

    Over the Moon to annouce that this First Blairsville Summer Sip + Shop will be held at the amazing Living Waters Winery!!!Ā  Being able to have wine AND amazing views WHILE knocking out your Christmas shopping will make this a must-go-to event for everyone!

    We're super excited and hope you are too!!

  • Event Date & Times: DecemberĀ 14th 10am-5pm

    Event Set Up:Ā For this event there will be 2 options for Set up:

    FIRST OPTION- You can set up the night before (12/13), but the timing is dependent on where your booth is located.Ā  Set up for the Patio and Mountain View Levels is allowed at 9pm (it can't be any earlier as the winery will still have guests in those areas).Ā  Set up is allowed as early as 6pm for spaces the Vineyard Level.Ā  Please be aware that even though this event IS located on private property, there will be no security at night to monitor your tents. We will be closing the gates and have a trail camera active, but we will not be locking the gates.

    SECOND OPTION- You can set up the day of (12/14), as early as 7am.

    Either way, all vendors must be set-up with your vehicles off the property and in the specified Vendor Parking Areas by 9:30am.Ā  I will send out specific Vendor Parking locations closer to the event.Ā  We will also have our very handy volunteers there to help you get situated and to address any issues you may have.

    I also want to note, that we are in the Mountians...(if you haven't been to the Living Waters Winery before, I highly recommend it!). So most spaces you will not be able to pull a car up to.Ā  Bring your carts and totes, then when you temporaily park as close as you can, you can unload and move into your designated area (and please don't forget we do have helpers there for this exact situation šŸ˜ŠšŸ‘)

    Ā Event Breakdown:Ā  We ask nobody start breaking down their tent until 5pm.

    (If the customer flow has slowed down for you, then feel free to start packing up the little things around 4pm.Ā  Just please don't remove your tent until 5pm...as we don't want to look like liars to potential customers/the public who could only get there at 4:30/after they got off work...)Ā 

    Either way, we need to have everything broken down 'Event-wise' by 8pm.

    Again, we are in the mountains and pulling a vehicle up to your vendor spot is pretty unlikely for Most spots....please bring carts and totes, and we will have helpers and a golf cart on hand to assist everyone in Breaking Down and getting packed up. (Then, if you want to stay for some wine and a view, feel free to park in the customer parking! šŸ˜‰šŸ‘‰)

    Event Space Fee:Ā Ā Since this venue is not a flat room, Spaces are area-priced:

    Ā Vineyard Level $50 (Space size is 10x10) (15 spaces left)

    -Spaces are amongst the Vineyard (Closest to the Larger Customer Parking Lot, but furthest from the Winery.Ā  But there is a constant Shuttle Bus bringing customers up and down (to get their wine can come back to see you!))Ā 

    Event Requirements:

    -Tent Weights are Required at this event.Ā  Apparently the wind gusts here at this venue are No Joke.Ā Ā 

    -There will be Wifi that can reach to the Patio Level and Mountain View Level.Ā  Other than that, there is amazing cell service there.

    -There is no Electicity available.Ā  If you Do need to bring a generator, you will need to have a space in the Vineyard Level, so it won't interfere with their Live Music.

    -Each Vendor must provide a marketing item/coupon for 50 VIP Swag bags (to be given to Blairsville Summer SIp + Shop by 12/7/24)

    -Each Vendor must provide us with a gift for the raffle item table of a $10 value (To be given to Blairsville Summer Sip + Shop by 12/7/24)

    -Each Vendor will please include 2 pictures of your crafts/goods for us to use marketing purposes.

  • Space Rentals:

    **Please remember this is an OUTDOOR event, so vendors are responsible for bringing their own Tents, Tables and Chairs. As stated above, Wifi can only reach 2 levels of spaces, there is great cell service at the Vineyard.Ā  Please make accommodations is you require anything else.Ā  We will try to help however we can.Ā  Also as stated above, electricity is not provided.Ā  It you require a generator you will need to have a space in the Vineyard Level.Ā 

    **And Please, Please remember that we try to have as little 'direct' competition as possible for vendors. Because of this, we approve all event space rentals on a first come, first serve basis. Anyone and Everyone is welcome to fill out a vendor application. However, if a vendor with similar products has already secured a rental space at that particular event, we will ask them if they are comfortable with a little direct competition. If they are, then your application will be approved and you can move forward with payment and securing your spot. If they aren't, then unfortunately you will not be able to participate in that specific event, but you will be added to our invite/reminder list for our future events so we can keep you updated and you have an opportunity to secure a spot at the next event.Ā 

  • Please Review and Sign:

    -Please sign this completed application and once your application has been approved, you will be sent a link for your booth(s) rental (and any additional services requested) payment. Ā Acceptance emails will go out within 24 hours of receiving your application if you’ve been approved. No space is confirmed until payment is received.

    -Cancellations- 50% will be refunded if cancelled by Nov 30th.Ā  All cancellations made after Nov 30th will not be refunded.Ā  No refunds will be made for bad weather.

    -You, as a vendor at this event, represent Blairsville during this time.Ā  We expect a personal quality of human decency.Ā  We do not tolerate rude behavior.Ā  If you do not conduct yourself in a well-mannered fashion, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund of booth rental fee.Ā  You will also not be chosen to participate in future shows.Ā 

    -APPLICATION DEADLINE: The deadline to submit this application is Saturday, Dec 7th. Acceptance emails will be sent out as soon as you are accepted. Your booth # & a map of the vendor layout will be emailed to you on Dec 9th. And will also be at the check-in/welcome booth at the event entrance.

    I, the undersigned, have read all the information, rules and regulations with this application and agree to abide by the specifications as described. I agree to be present during the scheduled show hours.Ā  I understand that I am fully responsible for any revenue/sales tax applicable for any items sold at the 2024 Blairsville Holiday Sip + Shop. I also understand and agree that Miriam’s Media Management, nor Adrienne’s Angels, nor the Living Waters Winery Property Owners would be responsible for any theft, vandalism, or loss of any kind during the 2024 Blairsville Holiday Sip + Shop and hereby release, the Blairsville Holiday Sip + Shop, Miram’s Media Management, Adrienne’s Angels, the Living Waters Winery property, and its owners, agents, servants, successors and all other persons, firms, and corporations from any and all actions, cause of actions, claims, demands, costs, loss of service, expenses, and compensations, which I may accrue, arising out of any events taking place at the 2024 Blairsville Holiday Sip + Shop in the event a loss is suffered to me in any building, side walk, or parking lot on the premises.Ā  I understand if I do not follow these simple rules, I will not get a refund of my booth rental payment, nor be considered for future shows.
