Some of our Luxe Party Karts require power. Please confirm below that we will have the necessary access to power supply

Our karts require a flat, paved, or otherwise smooth and stable surface measuring at least 10’ x 10’ for proper setup and operation. Karts cannot be placed on dirt, gravel, sand, or other uneven surfaces. Please ensure a suitable location is available prior to our arrival.Please also consider weather conditions when planning your event. Our karts and equipment cannot be exposed to rain or standing water. If rain or inclement weather is expected, a covered, dry area or indoor backup location must be provided to protect the equipment and allow services to continue safely.

To reserve your event date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Events booked within two (2) weeks of the event date require full payment at the time of booking. Once your event details are finalized, a quotation will be emailed to you, and any retainer paid will be applied toward your total balance.Please note that a 5% service fee applies to all invoices. For drop-off services, a refundable security deposit is required and will be returned following the event, provided all rental items are returned in their original condition.Our standard service duration is up to 2 hours per kart. Service concludes when either the scheduled service time has ended or all catered servings have been distributed, whichever occurs first. Additional service hours may be added for $100 per hour and must be requested no later than one (1) week prior to your event date.
