Led by Brandon Vance MD and Heather Clague MD, meets online for 80 minutes for 8 weeks, offered Mondays 4-5:20pm Pacific Time, September 23rd - November 11th. Cost is $12 per session ($96 total) plus the cost of the app ($99 per year after 7 day free trial). Sliding scale for both the group and the app are available - see below. In this App Group we will be having small group discussions about the experience of using the app - hence it's important to use the app each week, both for yourself and for your fellow breakout room members.
I acknowledge this group is ONLY for education and does NOT provide treatment. I am fully aware that the Feeling Great App Group offered by Brandon Vance, MD and colleagues is solely an educational group. This App Group is NOT intended to provide treatment for any illness and is NOT an emotional support group. There is absolutely NO treatment contract between myself and Dr. Vance, Dr. Clague and/or any of the other facilitators of the group or Integrative Psychiatry Solutions or the Feeling Great Therapy Center implied by this group. I agree that no physician-patient relationship, or therapist-patient relationship is created by any personal work conducted by Dr. Vance, Dr. Clague or any of their colleagues and the myself while participating in the Feeling Great App Group.
