In this role, a Community Developer is responsible for identifying opportunities to connect members and facilitate engagement with the community. This may involve organizing events, creating content, or providing resources, match making, and advice to support members in their participation.

Responsibilities:
- Establish your community group by promoting and adding members consistently.
- Engaging members welcoming them and making sure they complete their membership onboarding process.
- Utilize group functions and files to educate and encourage engagement within community group.
- Dedicate at least 5 hours per week to promote, engage and update your group members.
- Must be able to participate in and facilitate company events for your community.
Qualifications:
- Social media savvy.
- Background in social work, media, content creation, sales, and journalism a plus.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence.
- Must be able to write creatively and professionally.
This position is remote. Earning potential for this role is up to $35,000 annually including incentives. Bonuses are available. Company growth is exponential.
