As a Life Coach Activist, you work with individual Village Mates or villages of people to help them achieve their personal goals and aspirations. Your approach is to understand their unique circumstances and guide them towards developing a clear vision for their future. You help them to identify the key steps they need to achieve their goals, and provide them with the support they need to stay motivated.
But your work doesn't stop there. Once individuals have achieved their goals, you encourage them to think beyond themselves and consider how their success can contribute to the greater good. For example, if someone is able to save $3,000 per month through TheVillage, you would help them to think creatively about how that money could be invested in a way that also benefits their village or better yet, community. This might involve setting up a community project or supporting a project of TheVillage.
Similarly, if a village achieves success with applying a Village Concept, you would help them to identify ways in which they can further increase their impact. This might involve expanding their reach or collaborating with other villages to create a greater impact.
Your work is based on the principles of thought leadership and creative learning. You use a range of tools and techniques to help individuals and groups to develop a shared vision and purpose of making the world a better place, one village at a time. Through your work, you aim to create a community of individuals who are committed to making positive change and improving the world around them. Thank you for committing yourself to the impact of TheVillage.
