Who we are and What we are Seeking
Earth & Beyond Ventures (EBV) is an early-stage VC fund specializing in deep-tech innovations, backed by top-tier corporate and financial investors. We also operate an incubator to support our startup portfolio in partnership with the Israel Innovation Authority.
We are looking for a talented Office Admin for our office (located in Herzliya Pituach). This position will play an important role in establishing our fund look and feel, starting with the design and hospitability of our office, as well as meeting the admin needs of the fund and working with our portfolio startups.
Typical Daily Tasks
• Serve as the welcoming point of hospitality at the fund.
• Arrange and schedule group meetings and overseas visits.
• Order and maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the CEO to plan and design the new office.
• Organize office and community events such as happy hours.
• Oversee office activities and operations, including internal events, off-sites, and large meetings.
• Manage travel arrangements and appointments for upper management.
• Coordinate visits of foreign delegations and maintain regular communication with international entities.
• Provide ongoing administrative support and maintain office infrastructure.
• Prepare documents such as memos, resumes, and presentations.
• Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures.
Requirements
• Speaking and writing Hebrew & English fluently.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A bachelors degree - an advantage.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience - an advantage.
