Publishing Contract Agreement
This agreement is between Publisher/Compiler Co. Coaching 4 Life LLC Books & Authors

Section 1: Coaching 4 Life LLC Books will:

· Publish the book for its worldwide distribution, and have it sold on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.com and selected stores when stores accept the book in their bookstore

. Work with the marketing team to book signing events that all authors can be a part of; should they choose to (we do not pay for transportation expenses etc)

· Promote and Market the book

· Provide coaching and advising to author/s on further plans for selling.

· Work with and Contract an experienced editor and have cover artist create image/s for the cover
Section 2: Author(s) will:

· Help promote the book as well.

· Work diligently to make their community and beyond aware of the book and encourage them to purchase the book as desired.
Section 3 : PUBLISHING...

· When the Author/s order books in bulk, they can sell books on their own and retain all the money from the sales of those books that they order and sell at their desired price.

· The Author/s will keep 100% of rights to their story within the book

Terms and Conditions of Agreement
Unlimited Personal Release Agreement

Grant

For consideration which I acknowledge, I allow __Coaching 4 Life LLC Books & Publishing Team (“Company”) and Company’s  assigns, licensees, and successors the right to use my submitted headshot and name in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for purposes of book promotion, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. I waive the right to inspect or approve versions of my image used for publication or the written copy that may be used in connection with the images. I am aware that my book postings found on social media may or may not be shared amongst THE BEAUTY IN MY MESS social media platforms for promotional use. I am aware that publisher will always act in the best business practice and intergrity of all authors

Release

I release Coaching4LifeLLC Books and Company’s assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims that may arise regarding the use of my image, including any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. Company is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name as a credit in connection with the image.

Coaching 4 Life LLC Books and Company is not obligated to utilize any of the rights granted in this Agreement.

I have read and understood this agreement and I am over the age of 18. This Agreement expresses the complete understanding of the parties.
All parties understand and agree to all that is above. Client(s) agree(s) to only sign if they have read and agreed to the terms of service in this contract and they believe all information is deemed correct to the best of their knowledge.
