We are a 501c (3) organization and your generous donations helps to keep us on the air and support in other areas to pull young girls and women out of sex trafficking, domestic violence, date rape, single parenting/ teen age pregnancy, educating about how to come out of poverty, mental health and those that have been incarcerated with derogatory backgrounds.

Option A $600.00 Down payment of $200.00 and two more payment of $200.00 Includes a 30 minute interview that will be aired twice on both Dominion TV and Zenith TV Network, Make-Up Artist, Gift bag$600.00

Option B $900.00 Down payment of $300.00 and two more payments of $300.00 Includes a 30 minute interview that will be aired twice on both Dominion TV and Zenith TV Network, two page feature in our Flourish women magazine, 31 Day Come Away My Beloved Devotional, make-up artist, photos taken, and a Gift bag $900.00

Option C $1200.00 Down payment $400.00 and two payments of $400.00 Includes a 30 minute interview that will be aired twice on both Dominion TV and Zenith TV Network, Cover of magazine and three page spread in our Flourish Women Magazine, makeup artist, pictures taken, 31 Day Come Away My Beloved Devotional, 30 day feature spotlight on website, Spotlight Trailer for Social Media, Podcast Interview on A Better You Podcast Show on Zenith Radio Network, Opportunity to present your products before 100 million viewers, Gift bag$1,200.00

Radio and Television Release Form for A Better You with Dr. Nicckay Natson, Podcast, Radio and TV Show
Guest does hereby consent to the recording and broadcast or other distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice and music as part of A Better You (herein referred to as the “Program”).

Guest does hereby acknowledge that (“Radio/TV station owner and Affiliates) is the sole owner of all rights in and to the Program, and the recording thereof, for all purposes; and has the right, among other things, to distribute the Program one or more times by any medium or mode of transmission whatsoever.

Any materials relating to the production and distribution of the Program become property of Podcast/ Radio/TV Show Owner.

Guest further acknowledges and agrees:
Guest will receive no compensation for appearances on and participation in the Program.

Guest's name and likeness may be used in advertising and promotional material for the Program, but not as an endorsement of any product or service.

Guest hereby releases and discharges Zenith Global Media/Zenith Radio Network/ Dominion TV together with all of Zenith Global Media/Zenith Radio Network/Zenith TV Network/Dominion TV Network principals, shareholders, officers, employees, agents, successors, heirs, assigns and affiliates from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the making, producing, reproducing, processing, exhibiting, distributing, publishing, transmitting by any means or otherwise using the above-mentioned production.
