In order to make this process as seamless as possible, please read this entire form, thoroughly, and answer all questions below as accurate as possible. Please note that ALL inquiries will get a response. Please check your junk mail as most emails end up there.

I work at Aesthete Tattoo Studio in Pitt Meadows, BC, And all appointments will take place there.

*PLEASE NOTE THAT MY REPLY TO YOUR INQUIRY WILL MOST LIKELY GO TO YOUR JUNK MAIL. PLEASE CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL AFTER SUBMITTING *

• You must be 18 or older to get tattooed by me

• The price will depend on the style, size and length of your tattoo. I may charge by piece, hour or a day rate as I see fit, and will always offer a quote beforehand!

• Please be extremely specific on what your availability is and when you are available to be tattooed. Please keep in mind that tattoos are booked on a first come first serve basis, so if I offer you a date, and you do not reply in time, it may be given to somebody else! In order to avoid this, please make sure to check your junk mail within 48 hours. Once of deposit is received, your date will be secured.

• Please do not book your tattoo on a day where you need to leave at a specific time for other plans. Keep in mind that tattoos can take longer than expected and your appointment may be pushed a little bit later, if absolutely necessary.
