Entry Form for Swimming Victoria hosted competitions.
Please note: Online Manual Entry forms are ONLY to be used if you are an international swimmer, Olympian, Paralympian, VIS swimmer, Victorian Record holder or MC entry (if applicable).

This form must be completed by the entry closing date and time to be eligible.
