Roof key rules:
Important Roof Access Regulations:
1. Authorized Access: Roof access is strictly limited to licensed and insured vendors only. The Clark Terrace HOA assumes no responsibility for any injuries resulting from unauthorized use of the roof.
2. Access Hours: Roof access is permitted solely between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The key must be returned to the keybox by 5:00 PM each day it is used.
3. Liability for Damages: Owners are financially responsible for any damage to roof structures or materials that occurs while the key is checked out in their name.
4. Liability for Damages: Owners are responsible for any damage to roof key box and will be charged if it is damaged.

Once your request has been approved, a QR code will be texted to either the supplied cell number or email. To retrieve the key, go to the key tree in guest parking, and press the button on the roof key box; once the button lights green, hold the QR code on the phone screen, or print out from email to the screen, and the key will be released from the bottom of the box.

To return the key, enclose it back into the key box, and gently insert it into the slot at the bottom of the box, Please do not attempt to force the box in, once it is activated, the box will pull the keybox inside.
