Before submitting, please read the submission rules:

Please be advised this compilation will be a non-profit release that will be freely accessible to everybody therefore no monetary compensation or goods/services  will be offered to you if you choose to submit a file

• You may submit up to five (5) audio files for consideration. Files can be new or earlier creations and may have been released elsewhere so long as your submission does not conflict with previous licensing and a Creative Commons license can be applied. Only one (1) track will be considered.
• Your song may be up to ten (10) minutes long.
• You may represent a country if you satisfy one or all the following criteria:
  • You currently live in the country (eg. If you live in Chisinau, Moldova)
  • You were born in the country ( eg. If you were born in Chisinau, Moldova, regardless of where you live)
  • You identify as belonging to that country’s ethnicity (eg. One or both of your parents or grandparents are ethnically Moldovan or belong to a constituent ethnic minority, regardless of where you live)
• Your files must be licensed under a CC BY-NC-ND  Creative Commons License, use the guide here to do so. Files not licensed under Creative Commons won’t be considered.
• You must give us your express consent to use your files and any information you provide in this compilation by checking the consent portion of the this form. If consent is not provided, your file will not be considered
• Submissions containing overtly political, nationalistic or patriotic, or religious content will not be considered. Submissions containing references to other eastern European countries or ethnic groups will not be considered.
• You may choose to represent a particular ethnic group, contested territory or areas beyond the political map so long as there is no overtly political, nationalistic, patriotic or religious content.
• Please use the standard English name of your country. Your submission title and artist name may be in your country’s native language and/or alphabet.

All files submitted to this compilation must be licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 Deed). No compensation will be given for the addition of your music and it will be freely shared so long as all parties comply with CC BY-NC-ND. The purpose of this compilation is to celebrate and promote the talent and creativity of Eastern European artists in Eastern Europe and around the world.
