Payment deadline and cancellation policies:
Services are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Riding lessons, Ranch rides (1 hour or less in time) require full payment up front to be considered booked
Date experiences, camps, clinics, and any services that are over 1 hour long require a non-refundable 25% deposit to book and are not considered booked until the deposit is paid. The rest of the payment is due 1 week before the ride.
If payment is not recieved on the due date, the services may be cancelled and the spot given to someone else. Trainer will take reasonable measures to contact and reach client before cancelling their bookings.
Cancellation policy:
Trainer requires cancellation notice 48 hours in advance for all Riding lessons and ranch rides 1 hour or less. Cancelled lessons/ranch rides have 30 days to be rescheduled or else the lesson will be forfeit. If lesson is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, client will lose that lesson/ride and no make-up will be allowed.
Rides 2+ hours and dates require 3 days cancellation notice to recieve a refund of payment except the deposit. Less than 3 days cancellation client will not recieve a refund unless their space can be filled.
Clinics and camps:
Clinics and camps require 1 week cancellation notice for a partial refund. If the space can filled, then client will recieve a full refund, excluding the deposit.
No refunds will be given if less than a week notice is given.
Trainer/Weather cnacellations
If trainer cancels any service client will have the option to reschedule or recieve a full refund, (including any deposits).
Lessons will still continue as scheduled even in inclement weather as long as it is safe to travel to the barn.
Ranch rides will have the option to reschedule, move to the covered arena, or recieve a refund on their services if weather proves to be too inclement to ride outside, (Extreme wind, snow that makes driving unsafe, etc).
Camps: If the inclement weather requires clients to miss a day of camp for safety then an additional day will be added. If client cannot join the additional day a pro-rated refund will be given.
Clinics: If unable to do the clinic in the covered arena or driving is unsafe, clinic will be given a new date. Any clients unable to make the new date will recieve a refund.
All other services if they are unable to moved indoors or otherwise adjusted for inclement weather or driving is considered to be unsafe client(s) will have the option to reschedule or recieve a refund.
