Preparing for Your Lab Experience

The following reflections will help Bill and Michael finalize the design for our Advanced Learning Lab in order to best customize the session for your needs.
What would need to happen in this Advanced Learning Lab for you to walk away saying your experience was a 10 out of 10 in terms your investment of time and resources?
What topics or questions would you most like explored related to inclusive diversity, equity and inclusive leadership?
What skill or behavior do you most want to practice or improve to transform your leadership and/or ability to create culture change related to DEI?
What specific, DEI-related scenario(s) do you face in your organization that you are willing to bring to the Advanced Learning Lab and share with others? (We realize this may evolve but answering what you can will still help us plan along identified themes.)
Have you been to a White Men’s Caucus or other WMFDP | FDP Global session(s) before? If so, which program and when?

Cancellation and Postponement
Participants who cancel or postpone 61 days or more prior to the start of a Lab, without substitution, are eligible for a refund after the deduction of a $500 administrative fee. WMFDP will issue a credit card refund or if you prefer, apply the balance to a future Learning Lab, if it occurs within six months of original Lab date.

Participants who cancel or postpone for any reason, without substitution, 31–60 days prior to the start of the Lab are eligible for a partial refund after the deduction of a $2,000 cancellation fee. WMFDP will issue a credit card refund, or if you prefer, the remaining balance may be applied to a future learning lab, if it occurs within six months of the original Learning Lab date.

Participants who cancel or postpone for any reason, without substitution, 30 days or fewer before the start of a lab will forfeit 100% of fees for the Lab.

If WMFDP has to cancel the lab for any reason, the client or organization will receive a full refund. The latest date we would cancel the Lab would be 30 days prior to the start date.
Substitution Policy
Participants may substitute another person from their organization at any time prior to the start of a Lab without penalty.
