Care & Prayer Request Form
We would be honored to pray for you, for someone you know, or for a special need as appropriate. Our Online Prayer Team prays for all the prayer requests we receive on a regular basis as does our clergy. For those prayer requests read in public worship, we will announce and highlight these requests in worship for 3 weeks, and then the name will be removed from the worship prayer list. Due to our Safe Gatherings/Safe Sanctuary Policy to protect children, youth, and vulnerable adults, we refrain from reading their names in public worship except for births and baptisms. A child’s name could be added with direct parental/guardian request. Due to space and time, our clergy may need to adjust the list for worship. Thank you.
