  • Construction Notice: Please read before submitting request

    Please be aware that our facility will be under construction starting June, 2025 and continuing into the second quarter of 2026, and perhaps beyond. While we will attempt to accommodate your facility request, you may be placed in a different room than the one requested, or we may simply be unable to accommodate your request. If changes to the construction schedule occur, we may need to contact you to move to a different room or to cancel your request. Also, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for construction noise in the facility during your event.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Each event will be evaluated by our staff.

    Please complete this form to the best of your ability, where relevant, for any event you would like to host at the Fellowship of Wildwood campus or using any Fellowship of Wildwood owned materials.

    Please note: Filling out this form does not guarantee that the event/program you submit will be approved. All events must be approved by our church staff BEFORE any action can be taken regarding the requested Fellowship of Wildwood campus facilities/materials. Also, please note that in some cases, part of what has been requested may be approved but not all.

  • Depending on the nature of the event and the equipment required, you may be required to have a paid technician onsite for the duration of your event for a fee.

  • Will you need on-site AV technicians prior to the day of the event, such as for rehearsals.

    1) Upload to google drive or drop box and share link to dylan@fellowshipofwildwood.org

    2) Bring the files on a USB flash drive to the church office with a note (either a physical note or a text file on the drive) indicating which files are to be used.
