Waiver, Assumption of Risk and Agreement To Hold Harmless:
I understand that my attendance at a nose work "Sniff n Go" is not without risk to myself, my dog, any attending guests, family members and my personal property, because some of the dogs to which I may be exposed, as well as my own dog, may be difficult to control and may be the cause of injury or damage even when handled with the greatest amount of care.
In consideration of and as inducement of the acceptance of my application for this Sniff n Go, I hereby waive and release CENTRAL COAST NOSEWORK CLUB OF CALIFORNIA and the Community Church of Atascadero from any and all liability of any nature, for injury or damage which I or my dog may suffer, including specifically, but without limitation, any injury or damage resulting from the action of any dog, and I expressly assume the risk of such damage or injury while attending any Sniff n Go, or while on the trialing grounds or the surrounding area thereto.
I also agree to defend, indemnify and to hold harmless CENTRAL COAST NOSEWORK CLUB OF CALIFORNIA and Community Church of Atascadero from any and all claims, or claims by any member of my family or any other person accompanying me to a Sniff n Go, or while on the grounds or the surrounding area thereto as a result of any action by any dog, including my own. I shall personally assume all responsibilities and liabilities for any loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any person or thing by the act of my dog participating in a CENTRAL COAST NOSEWORK CLUB OF CALIFORNIA Sniff n Go or while on the trialing grounds or the surrounding area thereto.
"My dog" in the above statements refers to any dog in my custody upon approaching the trialing grounds or adjacent areas.
COVID 19 Waiver
I fully attest to the best of my knowledge that I do not have COVID-19 at the time of entering this event. I also attest that I have NOT been in contact with or exposed to any known carrier of COVID-19 within the past 15 days. I will notify the Host if I'm knowingly exposed to COVID-19 before the event date. I agree that I am attending this CENTRAL COAST NOSEWORK CLUB OF CALIFORNIA event entirely at my own risk and take full responsibility for my own health and safety during this event. I will follow all CENTRAL COAST NOSEWORK CLUB OF CALIFORNIA rules and requirements to reduce any exposure and possibility of contracting or spreading the virus. I will also fully cooperate with any City, County or State guidelines that have jurisdiction in the area in which the event is taking place.
