Join Jewish Federations for an overview of the person-centered, trauma-informed (PCTI) framework. We will discuss strategies for infusing the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration’s (SAMHSA) principles into your agency’s projects, and explain how the SAMHSA principles apply to staff at all levels and to volunteers. We will share actionable steps and real examples to help you implement the PCTI approach at the organizational level, as well as with program participants. By the end of the webinar, you will gain a better understanding of the PCTI approach, how it applies to your role, and how the SAMHSA principles apply to your work.
