By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that these scholarships are available only to participants enrolled in an ELMM Coaching Fall 2024 Cohort. I understand that scholarship awards will be applied directly to the total program cost for the chosen cohort option. No direct monetary disbursement will be made to scholarship recipients. I understand that, if awarded a scholarship, I must confirm my enrollment in my preferred cohort option (subject to space availability) and accept all standard waivers included with registration.
