Maintenance Intake Form

Maintenance visits are billed at $75 hourly with a two hour minimum. Time is billed for total person hours. For example, if a two-person crew is on site for 90 minutes, total billable time is 3 hours = $225. Additional fees may include green waste disposal, and earth-friendly pesticide/ herbicide/ fertilizer application.
