By signing this electronic form, I agree and understand that I am competing in the International and American Women Pageants in a local, state, national or international competition. I certify that I, as the contestant or the legal representative of the minor contestant, identify as female, and have never been married or pregnant if I am in a division of the Young American Women Pageants.

I assume all responsibility for paying program fees on the required dates set in the handbook.
I agree that I am of exemplary character and will abide by all of the International and American Women of Service Pageants organizational rules and regulations.

I agree to accept the terms as explained in the contestant manual and understand the policies set forth by International and American Women of Service Pageants, including the State, National, and International Code of Conduct Policies. This title is a confirmation and a commitment that I will compete in the International and American Women of Service pageant, and I assume all responsibility for paying program fees.

I understand that if I cannot attend the pageant for any reason after I have registered and paid the registration fee or owe registration/competition fees, I must forfeit my title, return the crown and sash undamaged, and will not receive a refund of any amount and pay a $350 withdrawal fee at the time of withdrawal.

I understand that all monies paid or donated to International and American Women of Service Pageants are non-refundable, made willingly, and returned checks incur a cost of $40. If I withdraw, I will not receive any prizes or scholarships won in the local, state, regional, or national pageant for that year and must return what I have received. Withdrawal includes secondary titles awarded to the first runner-up, scholarships, and awards in all divisions or prizes promised after the crowning and opening number dresses or wardrobes will not be distributed unless payment in full is made.

Contestants, their parents, or guardians hereby release and forever discharge International and American Women of Service Pageants and the local, state, national, and international pageants in which I competed. This agreement includes its directors, employees, volunteers, and staff from all claims and demands arising from damages or liabilities due to theft, accident, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Pageant mentioned above. All contestants and their parents/guardians further covenant and agree not to sue the organization, its directors individually, its employees, volunteers, or staff for any claim for damages or liability, including but not limited to not winning your title. I agree that I am of exemplary character and will abide by all of the rules and regulations, especially being involved in bullying and gossip of the organization's character, set forth by International and American Women of Service, which includes appearances and fees to compete. Any inappropriate behavior will be reported to the Executive Director immediately.

All Interntional and American Women of Service pageants are non-compete. You cannot compete in another pageant system if you are promoting an International and American Women of Service international title. Extra fees or fees paid in advance must be in full in the following years of competition if you drop out of the program without paying the agreed amount.

I understand that International and American Women of Service Pageants reserves the right to choose and grant awards, scholarships, and their participation in any external pageant systems if any.

If the event is canceled, the fee is refunded within 60 days after the event date. Any service charges or late fees are not refundable. Late fees for payments due are added after 60 days and sent for collection after 90 days or if you are in breach of your contract and payment plan.
