Setup time: 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Your space must be set-up by 9:45 a.m.
Food vendors will be outside: $ Purchase
Vendor space will not include a table or tent. Items must be provided by the Vendor.
Vendor space will be assigned upon receipt of this contract.
Vendor fees: $50.00 DUE FRIDAY, JUNE 14TH.

3. Cleaning, Trash and Removal of belongings: SUMBC will be in a clean condition prior to your event. Upon additional planning with SUMBC, you will need to incorporate your clean up time into the vendor agreement, vendor shall remove all individual property at the end of the event. All trash should be place by the kitchen back door.
4. Site Decoration: SUMBC wants to make every event here a special and welcomed experience. Therefore, every effort will allow renter to prepare decorations reflecting their creative requirements. Vendor will provide their own table, tent, and table linens. We ask that only the staff of SUMBC assist with rearranging and move any furnishings, including artwork, lighting, antiques, or seating. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be use on our walls, brick, or fine wood. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be removed.
5. Lost and Found: SUMBC takes no responsibility for personal effects and possession left on premises during or after any event. We do, however, maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 7 days. Every attempt will made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner.
6. Liability: Vendor will be liable for any physical damages, legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that SUMBC may incur. This is always a drug free and non-smoking facility; smoking only allowed outside. Vendor shall not sell or serve alcohol on premises at any time. (Water, Soda, Tea, and Punch only) can be serve at facilities. SUMBC reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its
judgment intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of SUMBC or the safety of its staff, guests, or building contents.
