General Order Terms and Conditions
- Orders require a lead time of at least 30 business days
- Orders placed within 30 business days of delivery will be charged a rush fee
- Orders with less than 30 days of lead time may not be accepted based on the requirements of the order
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for the design process to begin.
- Each custom order is allotted a maximum of three (3) design edits
- Customization is assessed at 20%
- Shipping is based on the quantity and weight of your order
- In-person delivery and box setup is $250.
  - In-person delivery is only available in the Washington, D.C. Metro Area
- A rush fee of 20% will be applied to orders placed within 30 business days of delivery
- Custom orders are non-refundable
- Self-assembly orders will not come assembled, the client will be provided with an assembly guide to build the boxes themselves. Self-assembly orders are considered custom orders.
- Gift bag orders that need to be shipped, will require self-assembly.
