I further give permission for submitted photographs/information to be used &/or manipulated in any form by Speak Woman Magazine for any purpose (except pornographic of defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing & packaging for any product or service.
I agree that the images may be combined with any image, text, or graphics, and may be cropped, altered, or modified.
I acknowledge and agree that I have consented to publication of these items in any digital or print form. I understand that there is no termination date to this agreement.
I hereby understand that publication will give me no money for the cover feature or for the publication of these items.
By signing agreement, I am confirming that I understand that only a preview of your feature will be sent to you prior to publication being released. I will not share this preview with the public.
