Food Truck Permit Information

This field is required.
Gaston County requires that a temporary food event application to be filled out at least 15 days prior to the event.
There is no charge to fill out this application
. If the food truck or vendor is selling exempt foods (popcorn, ice cream, donuts, etc.)
or
the truck/vendor is already permitted, they will not need to pay a $75 fee. If the truck/vendor doesn’t meet those qualifications, then they will have to pay that fee.
