Food Truck Permit Information * This field is required.Gaston County requires that a temporary food event application to be filled out at least 15 days prior to the event. There is no charge to fill out this application. If the food truck or vendor is selling exempt foods (popcorn, ice cream, donuts, etc.) or the truck/vendor is already permitted, they will not need to pay a $75 fee. If the truck/vendor doesn’t meet those qualifications, then they will have to pay that fee.
