Store Policy
Once you order, it means that you agree to the store policies as follows:
Item Availability
▸ Most of the items are on-hand con leftovers. Any items stated as pre-order will be shipped out at a later date. If your order contains any pre-order items, I will only be able to ship it once all items are with me. If you cannot wait, please make a separate order for on-hand items and pre-order items.
Schedule
▸ Shop order period: February 7-21, 2026
▸ Ship out of on-hand items: Saturdays and/or Sundays
▸ Production period: N/A
▸ Ship out of pre-orders: N/A
Payment
▸ Modes of payment: GCash, Maya, BPI: click here for the QR codes
▸ Payment deadline: within 48 hours after form submission
▸ A payment confirmation will be sent to your email once I have confirmed that I have received your payment.
Shipping
▸ All orders will be shipped thru J&T Express.
▸ Please make sure to input your complete mailing address including the Barangay and Zip Code to avoid lost/returned parcels.
▸ Tracking numbers will be sent via email.
Group Orders
▸ This shop is strictly for local (PH) residents only. If you are a GO Manager and is interested, please contact me first.
Refunds / Returns
▸ After payment, all sales made are considered final.
▸ Refunds are only acceptable if there are missing item/s.
▸ Returned packages can be sent again but shipping will be covered by the buyer.
▸ While I do my best to package your orders securely, once packages are handed over to the courier they are out of my control. I cannot be held liable for any damage or losses occurred during transit.
