We are hosting our fifth annual Inclusive Halloween Party on October 19th from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM at the Westwego Farmers market. This event is inclusive of all types of sensory needs, dietary restrictions, and ages of trick-or-treaters. Our community looks forward to it every year. Autistic individuals of all ages and their families will celebrate Halloween in an inclusive, comfortable environment, and connect directly with local providers and resource organizations who can help meet their needs. Your support would not only benefit this incredible event but also help us continue to provide much-need services to our local Autism community.
Sponsorship levels:
Our sponsor packages offer great promotional opportunities that benefit the community and bring awareness to your organization. We expect about 500 people in attendance including 300 trick or treaters. We integrated social media and email marketing into a few of the sponsor packages. Please see below our metrics:

This sponsor will cover the cost of admission for all participants.
