Booth Fee: $75.00 for 2 Day Event - Includes $5 Non-refundable Processing Fee. Payments are online only and must be paid before application can be submitted.

Application Deadline: Sept 1, 2024

Acceptance Notification: Sept 30, 2024

Application Submission: This form will be automatically submitted to the Dahlonega Woman's Club. Please save and/or print a copy for your records. Submissions will not be registered as complete and considered for participation until payment and photos are received.

Security will not be available. I also understand that alcoholic beverages, lit candles, and smoking are not permitted.
