Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should include (Background, methods, results, and conclusions) if appropriate. Category 2 (Clinical Research) must follow this format
- Each abstract is limited to 2000 characters (including spaces); titles and authors are excluded from this count
- Tables and graphs are permitted as one pdf document
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your abstract submission
- Accepted abstracts will be notified on approximately September 1st. E-Posters will be displayed on Friday, Oct. 11 from 4:45 – 6:15 p.m. during the Poster and Cocktail Reception. Each presenter will be asked to give a 2-minute oral presentation, followed by a 3-minute moderated Q&A session
- Abstract presenters will receive a 25% discount for registration
- The winner in each of the three categories will be selected for prize distribution on Saturday, Oct. 12
- Detailed abstract submission instructions and example link
- Tip – Avoid symbol fonts such as α, β, ƴ in your abstract; instead spell them out as alpha, beta, gamma
