Once we receive your submission, our team will review your information and confirm availability with you. We will contact you to discuss that next steps and schedule a Meet & Greet with the petsitter before any bookings are finalized. You will hear from us within 1-2 days.
Once we’ve reviewed your submission, we’ll reach out if we have any additional questions and begin matching you with a pet sitter.
We’ll then schedule a Meet & Greet so you can meet your sitter in person. This visit allows you to review your pet’s routines, go over any special care details, and ask questions before services begin. You’ll also provide your keys during this visit.
Whenever possible, the sitter you meet will become your primary sitter for future visits.
