  • 1. Health and Safety Policy

  • In sexual harassment compliance training, employees are presented with a series of true or false questions aimed at reinforcing their understanding of workplace policies and behaviors. These questions cover various aspects of sexual harassment, including its definition, reporting procedures, and appropriate responses. For instance, employees learn that sexual harassment policies apply to all individuals within the company, regardless of their position, and that a zero-tolerance approach means that no instances, regardless of severity, will be tolerated. They are also reminded of the importance of promptly reporting incidents, seeking guidance when unsure, and understanding that sexual harassment can manifest in verbal and non-verbal forms. Through these questions, employees gain a clearer understanding of their rights and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and respectful workplace environment.

THE FASHION WEEK TOUR have developed General Rules, Policies and Safe Job Procedures that include safe work practices and specific Codes of Practice to reduce identified hazards, that cannot be eliminated or reduced by engineering controls.

Comprehensive Coverage: This policy covers all forms of sexual harassment, including verbal, non-verbal, and physical. It ensures a holistic approach to maintaining a respectful workplace.
Clear Consequences: Employees are aware that any form of sexual harassment will result in disciplinary action, which could range from a warning to termination, depending on the nature of the incident.
Empowerment: Victims and witnesses of sexual harassment are encouraged to report incidents without fear of being dismissed or belittled. They know that their concerns will be taken seriously.
